1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and fg663 ("fg663", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform available at fg663.io. 3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the fg663 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

When registering your fg663 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and a valid mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fg663 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fg663 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by fg663, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. fg663 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

fg663 reserves the right to carry out additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Deposits made by bKash or Nagad are credited to your fg663 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to reflect in your fg663 balance, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• fg663 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cryptocurrency. All transactions must originate from a legally held, personally owned payment account.
• In the event of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or reversed payment, fg663 reserves the right to suspend the affected account and withhold any winnings pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fg663 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and expiry periods that are communicated at the time each promotion is made available. General bonus terms applicable to all fg663 promotions are set out below.

6 Betting Rules

• Bet acceptance: fg663 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation notification from the fg663 system.
• Maximum stake limits: fg663 may impose maximum stake limits on individual markets, events, or player accounts. These limits are determined at fg663's discretion and may be changed without notice.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required minimum play time has elapsed, or if fg663 determines that the bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or manifest pricing error.

7 Casino Rules

You may close your fg663 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any outstanding verified balance that is not subject to an active investigation or dispute will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not previously completed.

Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Winnings derived from real-money wagers that have been fully settled will be paid out subject to identity verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms
